The Penthouse

The Penthouse at The Setai is an extremely spacious 10,000 sq ft. Located on the top floor of our 40 story ocean front glass tower.  It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 are master bedrooms with king size beds, 1 feature 2 twin trundle beds and the fourth room or the "Butlers Room" has a queen size bed.  There are a total of 4 bathrooms, all include rainfall showers, 2 include large Jacuzzi tubs and one features a steam shower.  In addition there is a powder room for guests.  The penthouse offers 2 living rooms with stunning views of the ocean.  There is also a music room that also has breathtaking views.  From the terrace you can see sweeping views of the city, Miami's Bay and the Ocean.  There is also an eternity pool and a Jacuzzi for the guest private use on the terrace. 10,000 sq Ft / 930 sq mt
